High Dynamic Dual Loop Digital Controller
DCP301 is a state of the art Dual loop digital control rack for dynos. It allows simultaneous control
of both the dyno & throttle actuator.
- Digital PID control of an analog/digital controlled dynamometer (EC-AC-Water dyno-Tandem)
- Digital PID control for torque & speed of an engine by throttle actuator or direct ECU setpoint
- 3 Torque input measurements (load cell or direct conditioning of HBM frequency)
- 3 speed inputs measurements
- Test bed management (alarms)
Stand alone solution or fully integrated:
– The 3 knobs and LCD touch screen allow you to manage your application independently of the automation software.
-The rack is ready to be interface to communication protocols (ETHERCAT, PROFIBUS) for any automation system.
Visualization module:
– A large LCD touch screen allows for setting and displaying information for measurement & control.
Native digital conditioning:
– Speed and torque are directly conditioned by the rack (load cell & torque meter) to maximize accuracy and resolution.
Available operating modes :
– There are several control modes (N/%, N/T N/X,RLS ..) covering all kinds of application from engine test beds to tandem dynos.
